The inspiration behind Active Life
Whether you are active and enjoy sports or daily strenuous activities such as gardening, we all need a little support for our body. We have developed our Active Life blend as a great way to look after tired muscles and to fend off any soreness. Active Life is a blend of 5 essential oils.
With its initially cooling and then gently warming effect, peppermint works in harmony with black pepper which stimulates circulation. These heroes are blended with eucalyptus, juniper berry and a hint of grapefruit. The blend is both deeply restoring and invigorating at once.
The best way to discover this blend is with our body oil which you can rub into tired muscles and joints. The body oil in particular is infused with arnica flower extract. We have chosen to add arnica as studies have shown that it can reduce inflammation and has traditionally been used to ease stiff joints and sore muscles. But equally you can enjoy this blend with our bath salts, pure blend or pulse point rollers or layer together to create your ultimate post-workout routine.
