The inspiration behind Heart Chakra
My personal favourite blend from our collection is our Heart Chakra blend. It is a medley of woody and spicy essential oils making it the perfect companion for meditation, mindfulness and yoga routines.
The hero ingredient in this blend is cedarwood with its balsamic, woody and sweet notes. Cedarwood is blended with black pepper, juniper berry and frankincense with a hint of grapefruit as a top note to balance the blend.
I love this blend because of its deep profile, which creates a lovely mystical and transcendental atmosphere. If like me, you need something to stimulate your senses or boost your inspiration and creativity or if you are on a journey of self-discovery, then our Heart Chakra blend will be just for you.
My favourite way of enjoying this blend is by using the pure blend version in Clarity Blend’s nebulising diffuser, but you could also equally enjoy it in your bath with our bath salts and bath oil, or on the go with our roll-on.
